Can you tell me if this is a sort of sun shelter come tent.? What’s the water column in MM.? What’s the price of these ?

The Trailstar is a kind of hybrid tarp/tent/shelter made by Mountain Laurel Designs Not sure on the water column, but I’d guess at 2000, the same or better than most other silnylon shelters.
